Gaya, for Gaëlle and Yannick, opened its doors in spring 2022. Originally from Brittany, the owners of Gaya offer a range of dishes, served in an elegant and authentic setting, which have made the reputation of this young address. From fried duck confit rolls and duck accras to Rocamadour salad, heart of Aubrac sirloin steak and low-temperature confit veal chuck, the menu is resolutely focused on local produce. But fish also has a place of choice, with some mouth-watering suggestions.
