Arnaud Carrière is at the head of this pleasant address, where he and his young team offer meat from Aveyron cooked in the best way: over a wood fire. From the grill, he brings out beef ribs and veal ribs or steaks, duck breasts and lamb chops presented on a slate and accompanied by homemade chips or wok vegetables. The beautiful dining room is vast, made of wood and stone, and the terrace allows you to eat in the cool of the day in complete tranquillity. But there is not only meat! Grilled cuttlefish and fish of the day complete the menu.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant, il était fermé, et aucun panneau n'indiquait la raison de cette fermeture. Nous avons dû trouver un autre endroit pour manger, mais nous étions à la fois déçus et contrariés par cette fermeture inopinée.
