Already active at the Gaya restaurant, Gaëlle has also moved into the arcades of Villefranche to bring out her crêpière, a tool she masters to perfection. Originally from Brittany, where she ran a similar business in Quimper, she sources her organic flour directly from the Moulin de l'Ecluse in Pont L'Abbé. Thin and crispy, filled with the finest ingredients, her crêpes are a delight to savour with salt or sugar. We can only recommend the Gaëlle-yes! - with salted butter caramel apples, almonds and whipped cream.
