Souyri is the name of the family that has run this establishment for more than four generations. The lunchtime menu keeps a good number of regulars coming back for more, it must be said that the cuisine is like the atmosphere, traditional and generous. The specialities of Aveyron are prepared with care: estofinade in season, lamb sweetbread puff pastry, and garden vegetables. The large restaurant room is always full at lunchtime. As for the rooms, they are large, simple and clean, benefiting from all the comforts, some being air-conditioned.
