Christophe's authentic cuisine is served in two large rooms and a terrace facing the abbey. It's simple, hearty and 100% homemade - even the pizzas' grout and dough are made in-house! Our taste buds go wild at the sight of foie gras, marbled lamb sweetbreads and salads based on local produce. Meat from the grill is not to be outdone, and a little flaune is just the thing to round things off.
