Restaurant offering a highly original menu, with langoustine and beef gyozas, honey soy reduction and pan-fried scallops.
Sonia and Hervé, the parents, have created a dozen restaurants in France over the past 40 years, and now, supported by their children Enora and Victor, have taken up the challenge of the Sénéchal for their latest adventure and to launch the next generation. A highly original menu: langoustine and beef gyozas with honey soy reduction, pan-fried scallops, truffle-flavored celery pressé and, to finish, a kalamansi jelly praline millefeuille with lime sauce.

Pépite à Sauveterre-de-Rouergue !
Quel séjour magique au Sénéchal ! Sonia nous a accueillis d’une manière merveilleuse, la cuisine d’Hervé et d’Enora était absolument délicieuse et remplie de créativité, Victor a embelli notre soirée par son savoir-faire et ses connaissances, le tout accompagné de bons vins et de sourires… Un pur instant de bonheur. Je ne peux évidemment que recommander ce lieu où l’atmosphère est douce et bienveillante. Merci infiniment à vous.

Un établissement comme on aimerait trouver plus souvent. Très agréable découverte ! L’équipe est à vos petits soins, extrêmement attentionnée. La cuisine est incroyable, délicieuse et remplie de surprises visuelles et gustatives. Ne passez pas votre chemin si vous êtes dans le coin : adresse immanquable !
