Currants and tomatoes, zucchini and potatoes, rich in flavors and vitamins, for your basket! Bertrand Meffe uses agroforestry and permaculture to produce organic fruit and vegetables in an environmentally-friendly way. His orchard is made up of old varieties from the Montesquieu conservatory. Most of the produce is transformed into soups, ratatouille, compotes, spreads, jams... Available in organic stores such as Lulubio in Casteljaloux.
