This restaurant is a sure thing around here. Good food and authentic. You will taste stockfisch (fish fillets dried in the open air), kid with sorrel, aligot or stuffed chicken. The owner, Sandrine Carrière, makes sure that the culinary tradition (inherited from her mother-in-law and her famous estafinado) is respected as much as the atmosphere in the 116-seat dining room: warm and lively. Here, quality goes hand in hand with quantity in the face of the generosity of the portions served
