For more than half a century, La Pastourelle Roquefort has owed its unique texture and taste to the work of a few dairy farmers. Gathered in a cooperative and being the only ones to have their own maturing cellar, they have given themselves the means to produce a high quality cheese. Some of the 75 producers invite you to visit their sheep farms, to understand the process of creating this Roquefort, but above all to share their passion. Enriching, interesting, and tasty.
