Roquefort has been made in the Gabriel family since 1872. Today, Gabriel Coulet produces several cheeses among which La petite Cave, mellow, with a typical taste without being full-bodied; Le Castelviel, strong, powerful and generous, with an ivory color and an intense blue color; or the Tomme des Cazelles, melting in mouth. The house offers a free visit of its cellars with a film on the making of Roquefort cheese followed by a tasting. There is also a restaurant, La bergerie, where you can taste specialities based on Roquefort cheese.

visite courte mais gratuite et assez bien faite. Dans le magasin possibilité de déguster des roquefort avant d'acheter.

Une visite très sympa. En général, on commence par visiter les enseignes plus connues, du coup la petite visite gratuite dans les anciennes caves suffit amplement et est très sympa. On continue d'en apprendre un peu plus.

Dans la boutique on peut fait une petite dégustation et l'envie est là de repartir avec le précieux morceau de Roquefort. La boutique propose aussi des glaces artisanales très très bonnes :)

Ici, vous allez trouver un roquefort délicieux et fondant en bouche, de bon rapport qualité/prix. A goûter absolument, voire à rapporter chez soi. Il y en a pour tous les goûts selon la durée d'affinage. La visite des caves est courte mais elle a le mérite d'être gratuite, et accompagnée d'un petit film et de panneaux explicatifs.
