In this beautiful house with stone walls and wooden floors, Les Aiguières offers simple, generous cuisine. Just a stone's throw from the cellars where the famous cheese is matured, you can try the Aiguières salad with onions, bacon, walnuts and Roquefort, or a fine piece of beef with Roquefort sauce, melsat (a regional sausage) or steamed potato tripoux and many other specialties. Enjoy a drink after your visit to the cellars. The restaurant is one of the few in the village open all year round.

Repas délicieux en famille. Un accueil chaleureux, une cuisine locale gourmande, savoureuse. Une ambiance conviviale ! Nous avons été reçus comme des rois et avons même partagé le digestif avec les gérants. Très bon souvenir ! Nous conseillons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Encore merci

Nous avons très bien mangé, tout était très bon ! En revanche il faisait extrêmement froid dans le restaurant, nous avons dû manger avec notre manteau et écharpe ! Gros point négatif !
