La réception de l'hôtel est très accueillante avec ce magnifique escalier, malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce lieu. Le petit déjeuner est simple. Point positif: à deux pas de la cathédrale et du marché du samedi matin, la chambre était calme.

While the email confirmation stipulated that we could come from 14:00, when we arrived, we discovered that the hotel opened only... 18:00! When someone finally arrive at 18:20, it is very pleasant and even insulting and tells us among our reservations are cancelled! Without any prior opinion...
A piece of advice: there is full of nice little hotels in Rodez. Avoid this one!
