Aurélie and Pierre come from Paris 10th arrondissement where they used to hold Le Réveil, a traditional bistro. Nestled at the foot of Rodez Cathedral, this gargoyle is a great success. On two floors, contemporary armchairs, stairs and furniture. Five plates of your choice made from meat and fish, one with swordfish tataki, the other with Iberian pig, and finally a vegetarian plate with seasonal vegetables. A fine selection of Beaujolais wines.

Super expérience malgré la viande pas trop tendre mais qui a de suite été changé à notre demande sans problème.

On aurait bien essayé, mais ici on pars en congés sans laisser l'information nulle part, ni par téléphone, ni sur la deventure du restaurant. Si c'est comme ça qu'on respecte le client ici, ça donne pas envi...

De plus quand j'en parle à la personne je présume être le patron et qu'on me fait comprendre que c'est moi qui me trompe c'est vraiment du grandiose
