Chloé Tatin and Luc Pourrat, who have taken over this charming house in downtown Ruthénois, are creators of gustatory emotions. Their small menu, renewed every week, is a delight, from starter to dessert: detox juice, melon feta cucumber, grilled eggplant burrata, snacked red tuna, marinated beef, Thai rice, chimi shrimp; not forgetting the excellent pavlovas, which come in orange or red fruit flavors according to the season, and the lemon tarts that round off the experience with panache...
