Welcoming brasserie where the market cuisine is honored

Corinne and Alex left their brasserie (best wine bistro in 95) in the 7th arrondissement in Paris, to run this chic and Burgundian resto outside Rodez. In a contemporary decor you will taste a market cuisine, egg meurette, apron of sapper, andouillette in shirt, feet jamet. All the desserts are homemade, you will hesitate, therefore, between a millefeuille and pears with Marcillac wine, or a frozen nougat. Special mention for the reception and the service of a rare generosity and benevolence.

Excellent restaurant, on y vient régulièrement pour des occasions, les oeufs meurette sont tellement bon avec la sauce au vin rouge ???? les plats et desserts sont excellents aussi ! Le mille feuilles maison ???? ... Serveuse ultra agréable et gentille, aux petits soins ! Je recommande vivement !

Très bonne adresse. Cuisine excellente notamment les œufs meurette et du vin de grande qualité (gigondas 2014).Sans oublier l accueil et les explications sans faille de Corinne.Un agréable moment dans un joli décor.Merci à vous.
