Bowling du Rouergue is an institution in Aveyron. The Bastide family has owned this hotel-restaurant and bowling alley for almost 50 years. The traditional restaurant, renovated in 2021, offers a modern setting and a menu that gives pride of place to local produce and Aubrac, the Bastide family's DNA: truffade, sausage-aligot, a gargantuan charcuterie platter, cuts of beef, some of which are matured for several days, not forgetting the platter of local cheeses and the famous Bastide tart... Nous avons manger au Bowling , heureusement ont avaient réservé , la salle était pleine . Nous avons super bien mangé , la viande est un délice , goûteuse et hyper tendre . L'aligot super bon . Félicitations aux cuisiniers qui se donnent à fond ainsi qu à tous les serveurs .
Le seul point négatif que je dirai , c'est le prix trop élevé pour les boissons sans alcool .
