Industry of Lazarc in Nant producing brandies, salts, flavored and perfumed vinegars, dried aromatic plants and aperitifs

Marion and Romain grow lavender, rosemary, sage, savory, oregano, mint, lemon balm, tarragon, which they then transform themselves into brandies, salts and flavored vinegars, dried aromatic plants, aperitifs... Their Pastis des Homs, flavored with the taste of the Causses, has a finesse and a sweetness that has nothing to do with the perfume of its industrial counterparts. We also recommend Larzamiques, these balsamic-like vinegars flavored with elderflower, rose, rosehip or juniper, for sauces with a lot of flavor.
