Generous savoury galettes and delicious wheat pancakes prepared in a food truck that claims to be local and organic.

Happy you are, with Marie-Christine's food truck. Her hearty buckwheat pancakes are made with organic, local flour and eggs. The abundant toppings bring a variety of flavors to the table. We love the confit tomatoes and zucchini in the salmon galette, and the grilled peppers and fried onions in the chicken curry. A vegetarian dish is on the menu, as is a roborative cheese dish (raclette and bleu cheese). For dessert, a crêpe de froment will do the trick. Orders can be placed in advance by telephone.

Present Tuesday lunchtime in Tonneins in the Comai store parking lot, Tuesday evening in Lafitte-sur-Lot in the school parking lot, Wednesday evening at the Aiguillon rugby stadium, Thursday lunchtime at the Damazan ecopark. Savoury galettes from €6 to €9.50. Formulas €11 (galette+crêpe or drink) and €13 (galette+crêpe+drink). Sweet crepes €2.50 and €3. Credit cards from €11.

J'avais l'intention de goûter aux crêpes qui ont l'air délicieuses et copieuses et j'ai fait la bêtise de changer mon choix à la dernière minute pour des samoussas, qui en fait n'en sont pas. Ce sont des crêpes pliées en triangle (comme des samoussas en effet) fourrées. Franchement je les déconseille, car c'est très bourratif et pas très goûteux. Je resterai sur le choix des crêpes la prochaine fois.

Très bonnes crêpes et galettes ! A deux reprises nous avons mangé des galettes, toujours très bien garnies, juteuses et savoureuses ! Les produits sont frais et bien cuisinés. Top pour les crêpes dessert avec possibilité de confitures bio maison ????
