8 km from the road to Espalion, the lights shine in the windows of this traditional house, which has been completely renovated. On the ground floor of the building there is a living room and the dining room. Through the window, the view extends without limit over the meadows and valleys. The menus, even the daily menu, are inspired by the richness of the land. Here, the great classics of the Aubrac region are prepared: aligot, truffade, stuffed cabbage, calf's head and good pieces of Aubrac beef, not forgetting the sweetbreads and homemade duck foie gras... Excellent!

Endroit sympa, restaurant excellent tenu par des générations de la même famille. Les produits locaux sont préparés par la cheffe. Trop bons. Avec des découvertes comme les farcous Ouvert que le midi mais trop chouette. Nous y reviendrons. Merci de continuer.
