Arriving in February 2018, Pascal Disant was welcomed with open arms to this commune, too happy to see L'Orée des Janenques come alive again. This chef - an expertise that augurs well for the sustainability of the establishment - welcomes you around traditional local dishes "from here or elsewhere". On a daily basis, he strives to restore the place to a central place in the village, by multiplying the moments of meeting and sharing.
