Address at the foot of the bridge-canal with gîte d'étape allowing cyclists to maintain their equipment, to eat and to rest.
At the foot of the Pont-Canal, the "Café Vélo" serves cyclotourists on the greenway. Focusing on respectful, sustainable mobility, it is linked to the cycle path and housed in the former Agen waterworks dating from 1870. It enables cyclists to maintain their equipment, sleep in a 12-bed stage dormitory, eat (organic and local cuisine) and, last but not least, take a breather. Café Vélo is a lively place open to all, and regularly organizes shows, dances and community events.

Utilisation du refuge uniquement:
Refuge pratique le long du canal de la Garonne. Il serait bien d'en trouver d'autres le long du canal.
Points à améliorer:
- possibilité de prendre un café dès 8h, avant de reprendre la route, au lieu de 10h30 actuellement.
- prévoir le prêt de cadenas pour les box à vélo car ils ne peuvent pas être fermés avec les antivols classiques.

Très belle étape vélo.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le repas été parfait.
Dernier point positif, nous avons pu acheter du matériel vélo à des prix au delà du raisonnable !!
