Chef Cyril Dumont's high-quality, bistronomic cuisine is sure to please. Dishes change according to seasonal arrivals and his inspiration for preparing them. You'll be delighted by the succulent recipes prepared with daily market produce. Among the classics are Saint-Jacques and croque-monsieur with truffled ham for starters, entrecôte and back of cod for main courses, and crème brûlée and profiterole-style cannelé for desserts. A fine wine list. Jeanne and Pierre take care of service. The restaurant has a lovely terrace. A must-visit address in Agen.
