Soup of the day, lamb shoulder confit with garlic jus, scallop risotto: everything is made with organic produce. Try the Popita (made with ancient wheat bread dough) with duck breast, trout or veg, they're delicious.

Trop bon restaurant, on n’y mange bien ! Le chef ose proposer des choses étonnantes dans l’assiette, franchement je recommande.
