Restaurant offering the best egg rolls in Agen, bò bún, sautéed beef and vermicelli with nuoc mam sauce.
It's a little boui-boui in a dark lane on which you won't get a dime. The same is true of the interior where the decoration is, as it were, non-existent. Yet the restaurant Le Vietnam offers the best nems in Agen. In "Bun Nem" (cut nems salad, with lettuce, parsley, crushed peanuts and nuoc-mâm sauce), you will have the most typical and executed entry. On the flat side, Petit Smart recommends the "Bo Bun" (which has nothing to do with the popular container pack including nems) since here it is sauté beef, salad and vermicelli with the typical nuoc-mâm sauce. Choose Cantonese rice and stay on the classics. One caveat: the quantity would deserve to be revised slightly upwards, sin forgiven by the authenticity of the kitchen on the plate.

L’attente pour les plats n’est pas longue ( tout dépend du nombre de plat et de l’heure bien évidemment), et la saveur est au rendez-vous.
