Restaurant in Agen offering a menu of duck meat and fish, desserts to choose from.
The owners of the restaurant Côté Sud come from Normandy and this is reflected in the fish. Here, they work as a family and the formula is efficient. The menu is based around duck: half-cooked duck foie gras with Armagnac, sliced duck breast grilled on a plank, golden confit with fleur de sel... The great classic: the long-cooked lamb mouse. Fish: sea bass or scallops. Choice of desserts: rum baba, hot apple pie with vanilla ice cream, chocolate fondant.
