Le bureau des guides se situe au 1er étage d'une boutique de souvenir dans une petite ruelle de la place du marché de Ghardaïa. Les guides sont très professionnels et passionnés et permettent de bien comprendre les spécificités de la ville, de ses habitants et de la palmeraie.
Attention, pour visiter la vieille ville de Ghardaïa il faut être accompagné d'un guide sinon les habitants vous diront d'aller en prendre un au bureau des guides. La visite ne coûte que quelques euros (3€ pour la visite que nous avions faite) et vaut largement le prix.
