Restaurant with large windows and terraces featuring high quality products
The establishment was designed by Eric Raffy as a modern buron, which emerges soberly from the ground and is crossed by an imagined road. Noble materials, wood and granite, were used in its construction, and large bay windows and terraces open directly onto the hills and plains. The thirteen bedrooms and their bathrooms reflect this sober alliance between plants and minerals. The restaurant overlooks this nature which inspires the cuisine of Sébastien Bras, based on high quality products.
