Gilles Moreau holds the reins of this Laguiole institution. The restaurant dares to mix wood and colored walls which announces a cuisine between tradition and renewal. The dishes are elaborated according to the seasons, from local products. The menu proposes for example the tataki of Beef of Aubrac, the inescapable Aligot and its roasted sausage, a cup of honey ice of chestnut tree of the Mounts of Aubrac. The atmosphere of the family house can also be enjoyed in the pretty rooms.
