Once past the door of this Laguiole institution, one enters directly into the restaurant, where dozens of places are laid out. In the dining room, in the veranda or in the garden when the weather is fine, you can discover dishes inspired by the local produce. The restaurant is renowned for its meat, in particular the Fleur d'Aubrac heifer raised on the nearby family farm. To be enjoyed with a good aligot! Un Hotel et un Restaurant exceptionnel
Tres bon hotel propre et Personnel très compétent mais le top du top c’est le restaurant ses menus et surtout son organisation sans faille tant pour la cuisine en elle meme qu’a la rapidité du service la qualité de la nourriture vraiment c’est a signaler car tellement rare de nos jours une organisation quasiment militaire En cuisine comme au service et pourtant le restaurant est vaste trois salles quasiment peine en permanence et le client que j’étais a ete époustouflé de la rapidité et de la qualité des plats , Bravo et aux futurs Clients allez y vous ne serez pas déçus .

Nous venons régulièrement ici lorsque nous sommes dans la région. Les produits du terroir sont excellents et traditionnels ( excellente viande d'Aubrac, alligot, tournedos); Le plateau de charcuterie en entrée est très copieux et excellent ainsi que la tarte aux prunes. toujours bon accueil chaleureux, bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous en profitant pour faire notre réserve de viande, fromages conserves et charcuterie du pays.
surtout il faut réserver car toutes les salles étaient pleines

Accueil agréable, personnel sympa et attentionné, cuisine du terroir à base de produits locaux. Les chambres sont sans prétention, mais propres et à des tarifs raisonnables. Le seul bémol serait la taille du restaurant, grand et plein en saison, ce qui n'en fait pas un cadre très intime. Mais globalement, c'est un endroit très correct.

Wouhaaaaaa ....... I have it a super souvenir, the reception, the kindness of the staff, the rapidity, efficiency of all the staff, the quality, the value for money ..... all was top level. A large MERCY still throughout the world of this establishment, I would pass by again there is on!
