In the heart of Laguiole, this restaurant, housed in a small stone building, is a pure delight. Inaugurated on June 9, 2021, it's already a huge success, thanks to a fresh menu renewed every month. Le Bardière has entered the Aubracian restaurant scene with precise, elaborate recipes: mackerel marinated in rice vinegar, lamb canon cooked at low temperature, carbo pasta (or almost), yuzu cream for dessert... Enough to satisfy the most demanding customers, especially as the welcome is just as engaging.

Excellent repas. De passage à Laguiole nous avons choisi au hasard et ce fut une excellente découverte. On recommandé et nous reviendrons.

Un restaurant très agréable, avec une cuisine fraîche et goûteuse. Harmonie de produits locaux parfaitement équilibrés entre eux et assaisonnés avec soin sans excès, accord parfait avec des vins bien choisis et se mariant parfaitement avec les plats.

Petit hôtel agréable et calme au centre de Laguiole. La chambre un peu petite mais cosy et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux.

La chambre était propre, la literie hyper confortable, tout ça au calme dans le centre de Laguiole. Petit déjeuner frais et copieux comme il faut. Une adresse a retenir !
