"On the terrace or outside, but always with music and good humor" is the promise of this restaurant, which opened in 2022 in Laguiole. Sophie, a former lawyer, and Philippe, who used to work in advertising, came up with the idea of a convivial place, in their own image, whose menu, with its emphasis on fish, contrasts with the usual fare in the town's kitchens. Alongside the more traditional homemade terrine, velouté forestier or bœuf aubrac, you'll find oysters, marinated red mullet and octopus from the Sète fish market.
