In a pleasant setting, Marie and Samuel Andrieu blend tradition with modern touches, always using noble products (Aubrac beef, veal from Aveyron, foie gras...). A good meal can be declined in this way: foie gras fondant, beef steak and its aligot, banana millefeuille and its chocolate mousse. A nice stopover.
