Brasserie located at the foot of Aubrac offering good local dishes
In the center of Espalion, this establishment is next to the town hall of Espalion. A large terrace stretches out, in summer, in front of a rounded shop window. In the kitchen, good local dishes are concocted: Aveyron charcuterie, tripoux from Naucelle, aligot and tartar with a knife. Several burgers, including the Palais burger: bacon, onion, tomatoes, homemade sauce, are also on the menu. On the daily menu, the choice is varied and original: beef-carrots, Lyon sausage... All the desserts are homemade: tiramisu, panna cotta, fruit tarts... A simple but safe address.

Prix raisonnable, entrées de moins bonnes qualités qu avant, ( assiette de charcuteries noté 5 sur 20 ) quand à l additions bien la vérifier avant de régler.
