Restaurant offering a very refined cuisine with great classics
In the heart of Espalion, on the first floor of a handsome building, David Bugarella offers a bistro, La Table de Romane; and upstairs, a gastro space, La Tour. On the bistro plate: calf's head, lamb sweetbreads... Upstairs, David offers highly refined cuisine with classic dishes: Aubrac horn, quail egg, Nant trout, Colomiers pigeon, regional cheeses... For dessert, we love the galet du Lot, raspberry and elderberry vinegar.

Repas du dimanche à la table de Romane. Belle expérience, repas succulent avec produits de qualité. Personnel à l'écoute et très réactif. Je recommande sans hésitation.

I was lured into Maison Burgarella because of the prix-fixe lunch menu listed on the sandwich board outside the restaurant. I was seated at a lovely outdoor table with a nie tablecloth and good cutlery. My carafe of water and glass of wine came very quickly and I enjoyed a delicious squash soup with Asian influences. I don't remember the main, which took a while to get to me, but the dessert was also very good and also not too sweet. It was an excellent "rapport qualité/prix", and I'd very happily return.
