In this restaurant, decorated in white and blue and adorned with modern photos, Arnaud announces the program with a menu of the day, tastefully renewed every day: cassolette of ravioli with porcini mushrooms and saffron cream, roast sausage with mountain pork and cream of bacon, freshly fried vegetables...
