It's been over ten years since Sophie Cabal set up her poultry farm in Tourtrol, which she has named Le Poulet gambadeur. The name reflects a reality: yes, her poultry gambol like crazy on her 60-hectare estate, in the open air of course, and are fed with cereals produced on the farm. In recent years, Sophie has opted for totally organic farming and rearing, and now controls all her production, from rearing to marketing. And she now sells her products in cans!
