Read moreMonsieur Brun is the director of this establishment. Madame is in the kitchen. Monsieur is served in a warm, stylish and refined dining room. Guests can enjoy in the dining room or on the flower-filled terrace in season, the traditional french cuisine made from Master hand: calf's head, the small salted duck, the lamb shanks Saint-Paulin, cheese made of green colour, the back of salmon with morels, foie gras cooked with soft gaillac, pike with lobster dishes (low medieval recipe to discover.)... Fish arrive, daily. The menu changes every three months. We do not want them good luck in, you do not need, they are true professionals!
