The making of the "rogallais", a cheese made from cow, sheep or goat milk, but also from a clever mixture of the three milks, has been handed down from father to son for five generations, or should we say daughter, because now Marie-Lise Coumes is in charge. De très bons fromages de vache, chèvre et brebis .../ lait cru ou pasteurisé, différents affinages ! Y en a pour tous les goûts , un régal!!

Petit magasin disposant d'un bel étal ou le commerçant vous fait goûter ses différents fromages, de qualité. Des explications sympa sur la fabrication....????Vous trouverez même un distributeur de ses fromages devant le magasin au cas où vous arrivez trop tard ....
