Gaëlle, Aurélia and Arnaud are now at the helm of this high-altitude inn, which is accessed by chairlift in winter and by piste in summer from the Col d'Escot. The establishment offers ariégeoise flavors, tartiflette, garbure and carré de cochon. The building is reminiscent of a Pyrenean chalet, with wooden cladding on the exterior and objects recalling the history of the massif. The creative menu has been designed to showcase products from the Ariège region. Service is provided in the dining room or on the terrace, facing an exceptional panorama.
