Hier soir, j’ai eu le plaisir de découvrir un restaurant qui mérite clairement le détour. Un menu en 5 temps qui m’a bluffé du début à la fin. Chaque assiette était un concentré de fraîcheur, avec des produits de saison sublimés par un jeu de texture et un assaisonnement juste parfait. Ni trop, ni pas assez, chaque bouchée mettait en valeur les saveurs avec justesse.
Un vrai voyage gustatif, beaucoup de talent. Une belle adresse à retenir pour les amoureux de cuisine !
