Stephan is an artisan chocolatier and makes chocolate bars from raw, organic and fair trade cocoa beans: the criollo. He also uses coconut blossom sugar, has a low glycemic rate. The chocolate produced varies from 97% to 65%. The names of the productions shine by their originality: Alchimie, Authentique, Terre d'orient, Olé, Cru et nu, Bel Amant.
