What is Sambuc®? It's an organic aperitif, made by fermenting elderflowers. No alcohol is added; it's created naturally. It can also be enjoyed as a dessert wine. The flavor of this beverage is mild, slightly sweet with fruity aromas such as lychee. The range includes Py'Boise® (raspberry-based), Figazil® (fig-based) and Royale de Sambuc®: a jelly-like spread to accompany cheeses.
