A spring water is produced and bottled in Ariège. It's called Eau Neuve, but it's spelt O9 to reflect the 09 of our department. The water comes from the Pédoures spring, which rises to an altitude of 1332 m. One of the great originalities of this mountain water is its cardboard bottle, which contains 88% vegetable matter. The company's policy is to use only 15% of its resources and to work with 100% green energy.
