Traditional country inn offering tasty Alsatian dishes.

Marianne and Guy Hattel have been welcoming you for more than 20 years in their country inn located on their market garden farm: the vegetables served are therefore very local! This traditional inn offers you tasty typical Alsatian dishes, including the famous flammekueche, salty and sweet (the couple is a member of the Confrérie de la Véritable Tarte flambée d'Alsace): the handmade dough is cooked over a wood fire, a delight. You can also treat yourself to a cordon bleu with cream and homemade spätzele. Authenticity guaranteed!
