The dining room is bright and airy. Chef Olivier Solans brings this elegance to our plates. This experienced chef takes us from visual discoveries to original, delicious flavors. Among other dishes, we enjoyed a nem-style lamb roll with coriander and cumin. A must-try! An address for gourmets.
