OCTANI

Octani wants to be "the aperitif of Occitania". This sweet beverage concocted with wine, honey from Ariège and natural aromas (secrets) was created by Patrick Casty, a well-known figure in the nightlife and restaurant business. The bottles are visible thanks to their Occitan cross in all good grocery stores, village shops and some supermarkets. Of course to be consumed with moderation as a pure and fresh aperitif but also as a digestive. It can be associated with other Occitan drinks: blanquette de Limoux, Quézac, lemonade of Fontestorbes
