Attention gourmands... Founded in 2014 by Alex Gareiss, this artisan chocolate factory focused primarily on fair trade, works directly and closely with cocoa producers located in Ecuador. You can, of course, get bars of dark chocolate (from 75% to 100%!), pure or enhanced with various spices, but also unroasted beans, cocoa butter and non-defatted chocolate, ideal for pastries or delicious real hot chocolates.
