This establishment, run by Fernand de Oliveira, is perched on a hillside with a pleasant panoramic view of the lake and the Pyrenees mountain range. The chef takes pleasure in offering a wide selection of skillfully prepared regional products. The cuisine here is traditional, but also highly creative. Dishes prepared with passion and generosity, combining pleasure for the eye and the palate. The pleasure is not only on the plate, but also on the walls, with a regular exhibition of paintings and photos.

Des plats fins et travaillés, la carte est très simple mais permet un vrai beau moment dans un cadre des plus charmant. Un beau souvenir de cette ville d'Art

Il faut demander la terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Tout était parfait. Arriver vers 19h30 pas plus tard car sinon il faudra être patient.
