The farm specializes in the breeding and direct sale of Gascon and cross-bred pork, as well as Castillonnais sheep. Piglets are born on the farm and fattened with locally produced cereals. The animals grow slowly, at nature's pace, without the use of pellets. The farm's products are processed and sold directly to consumers. In addition to livestock farming, Ferme des Baillards also offers accommodation, including "Bienvenue à la ferme" chalets and an unusual night in a glass dome.

Une bonne idée d'hébergement mais, un accueil inexistant, des toilettes et douche d'un autre temps, un petit déjeuner minable, une cafetière sale des meubles cassés et usés, un vrai piège à touristes, à fuir !!!
