This gypsy caravan at the top of a field on the Saint-Girons-Foix road is the den of Christelle, a veal farmer, committed to the promotion of short circuits and a fervent advocate of better, local consumption. She worked during the confinements, and now she's at the helm of this trailer/grocery store. 145 producers demonstrating the diversity of Ariège: savoury, sweet, fresh and organic vegetables, meat, charcuterie, cheese, eggs, drinks... L'Épicerie d'Ici is a store located in Baulou. It offers quality products, and most of them are organic, local and meet the Nòu charter. This pretty wooden caravan works with 130 producers such as Ariège Volailles, Les terroirs du plantaurel, la Pisciculture de la Courbière... and has 1,350 references, to which new ones are added every week. Here, the short circuits are privileged and the richness of the Ariège soil is honored. You will find fresh and dried vegetables, breads, cold cuts, meat, dairy products, cheeses, cookies, cleaning products... the choice is really wide! You can place your order online before 8pm on Tuesday, and receive your basket on Friday or Saturday afternoon.

La roulotte regroupe des produits locaux et des fruits et legumes frais. l accueil est sympa et Christelle est très disponible.
Tout en soutenant les agriculteurs locaux, une super patronne et des emplois, rares en campagne.
